Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily export-import operations documentation and compliance
- Facilitate Mandarin-Indonesian communication with clients and suppliers
- Coordinate logistics for international shipping and customs clearance
- Support sales team in market research and client relationship management
- Prepare and analyze business performance reports
- Assist in contract negotiations and trade agreement implementation
- Maintain accurate records of trade transactions and inventory
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field
- Native or fluent Mandarin speaker with professional Indonesian proficiency
- 1-2 years experience in export-import operations or business support
- Familiarity with Indonesian customs regulations and trade procedures
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
