Bounty Fresh Food Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Center Head to lead our operations in Ormoc City, Leyte. In this senior leadership role, you will be the driving force behind our business center's success, ensuring that all operational activities align seamlessly with our corporate strategy. We are looking for a results-oriented leader who can oversee daily workflows, manage cross-functional teams, and drive the center toward high performance and profitability.
As the Business Center Head, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of service and safety. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Business Center to ensure seamless workflow and service delivery.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of employees, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Monitor financial performance closely, including P&L management, cost control, and budget adherence.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards across all operations.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align local objectives with the broader corporate vision.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall productivity and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in operations management or business center leadership roles.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and driving tangible business results.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of the agribusiness or food industry is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and willingness to travel.
