Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise and oversee the end-to-end daily operations of the business center to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach staff members to maintain high levels of productivity and professional service.
  • Monitor team performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, service protocols, and operational safety standards.
  • Resolve customer escalations with a solution-oriented mindset to ensure brand loyalty.
  • Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with different internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resource availability.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably within a customer service or retail environment.
  • Strong background in operations management and team supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic data management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with composure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to service.
