You will be responsible for gathering detailed requirements, documenting complex processes, and conducting thorough gap analysis to ensure seamless system integration. - Gather and document detailed business and clinical requirements for the new HIS implementation.
- Conduct process mapping and gap analysis to compare current workflows with new system capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT developers, project managers, and clinical stakeholders.
- Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts to validate system accuracy and usability.
- Create comprehensive training materials, user guides, and conduct workshops for hospital staff.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular progress updates and status reports.
- Support data migration activities and ensure the integrity of historical medical records.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with system adoption and process changes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Clinical Analyst within the healthcare or hospital sector.
- Strong knowledge of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and process documentation (e.g., Visio, Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical medical staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
