Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, technical teams, and management.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Monitor project performance metrics and prepare regular progress reports for executive stakeholders.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless integration.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial or project management.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
