As a Business Consultant within our Insurance practice in Kuala Lumpur, you will work on high-impact projects, collaborating with top-tier insurance clients to solve their most complex strategic and operational challenges. You will be responsible for delivering insights and solutions that drive tangible business outcomes. From streamlining core processes to enabling digital transformation, your work will directly influence how our clients compete in the market.
Your key areas of focus will include strategy development, business process reengineering, technology selection and implementation, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders and Capco subject matter experts to design and execute solutions that are practical, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.

- Lead and manage consulting engagements for insurance clients, focusing on strategy, operations, and technology transformation.
- Analyze client business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, leveraging data-driven insights.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to C-suite and senior management stakeholders.
- Design and implement innovative solutions, including digital platforms, automation, and advanced analytics.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to drive alignment and adoption of new processes.
- Manage project workstreams, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery of milestones.
- Contribute to Capco's thought leadership and intellectual property in the insurance domain.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in management or technology consulting, with a focus on financial services, ideally insurance.
- Strong understanding of insurance industry processes, products, and regulatory environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with fluency in English.
- Experience with digital transformation, Agile, and project management methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-cultural team.
