As a Business Consultant, you won't just be selling software; you'll be providing strategic solutions. You will engage with business owners, identify their pain points, and demonstrate how our comprehensive Point of Sale (POS) system can transform their daily operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the retail and F&B sectors in Penang.
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultations to showcase the value of StoreHub’s ecosystem.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and lead follow-ups.
- Collaborate with business owners to understand their specific operational challenges and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor movements, and local market dynamics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (proficiency in local dialects is an added advantage).
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Technologically savvy with a genuine interest in retail tech and cloud-based solutions.
- Possess own transport and willingness to travel within the Penang region for client meetings.
