Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction, mining, and industrial sectors.
- Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Provide expert consultation to clients on selecting the right heavy equipment and financing options.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare professional sales proposals, presentations, and reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and superior after-sales service.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the heavy machinery, construction equipment, or automotive industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is required for client site visits.
- Ability to travel frequently to meet clients and attend business meetings.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
