- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase truck market share in Jakarta region
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with fleet operators, logistics companies, and corporate clients
- Prepare compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to align sales strategies with inventory and promotions
- Track sales performance metrics and report on quarterly growth initiatives
- Train and mentor junior sales staff on product knowledge and closing techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business consulting (transportation industry preferred)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and trends
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
