Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex datasets to identify business opportunities, risks, and performance trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical data requirements and dashboards.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated reporting tools and BI visualizations using industry-standard software.
- Perform deep-dive analysis to identify root causes of business process inefficiencies.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple platforms and systems.
- Present findings and data-backed insights to senior leadership to influence strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data modeling and analytical methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a similar consulting role.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with database management systems.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Strong statistical analysis skills and proficiency in tools like Python, R, or Advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
