As a Business Data Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large datasets. You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions. Your ability to communicate complex findings to stakeholders will be key to your success in this position.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex datasets to identify key trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Create detailed reports and presentations for executive management to support strategic planning.
- Support A/B testing initiatives and market research analysis to optimize business performance.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend data-backed solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and extraction.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
