Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and analyze sales and marketing data from various internal and external sources.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize key performance indicators and sales funnel metrics.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Identify trends and patterns in customer behavior to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the sales department to track performance against targets and identify potential growth areas.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management regarding market research and campaign ROI.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analytical platforms and reporting tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a sales or marketing environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros); experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise business narratives.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
