Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive financial and operational analysis of partnership proposals to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and profitability targets.
- Oversee the negotiation and structuring of commercial agreements, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation.
- Ensure strict adherence to all local and international business regulations and compliance standards.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality strategic partners across the transportation sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal and operations, to resolve complex challenges and facilitate smooth deal execution.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a similar managerial capacity.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of evaluating and closing profitable deals.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian business regulations and compliance frameworks.
