In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and serving as a key member of our global leadership structure. You will drive strategic initiatives that support our business growth across the Americas, leveraging Macquarie’s extensive capabilities in banking, infrastructure, and asset management. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the Americas Corporate Strategy team to deliver high-impact strategic insights and actionable plans.
- Partner with regional leadership to develop and execute corporate strategy aligned with Macquarie Group's global objectives.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the competitive Americas market.
- Oversee the design and delivery of integrated corporate solutions for key corporate clients.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between strategy, transaction banking, and other business units to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to provide timely intelligence to senior management.
- Represent the firm at external forums and industry events to enhance Macquarie’s reputation in the region.
- Manage budget allocation and resource planning for the strategy function.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or Strategy.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, investment banking, or management consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving strategic initiatives within a complex financial services environment.
- Strong network of contacts within the corporate and financial sectors in the Americas.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and professional proficiency in Indonesian is highly desirable.
