Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Support the end-to-end M&A process, including deal sourcing, due diligence, and integration planning.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate potential investments and strategic projects.
- Prepare high-level presentations and executive summaries for senior management.
- Identify and negotiate strategic partnership agreements with potential vendors and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, operations) to ensure strategic goals are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or strategic planning.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
