In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to key accounts and industry stakeholders. Your primary focus will be identifying market opportunities, influencing technical specifications early in the project lifecycle, and delivering high-value solutions that solve customer challenges. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams and project managers to drive growth and expand Hilti's market presence within the industrial segment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target industrial segments to drive revenue growth.
- Act as a trusted partner to customers, understanding their needs and offering customized Hilti technical solutions.
- Influence and secure project specifications early in the design phase with engineering consultants, owners, and contractors.
- Manage key account relationships, delivering exceptional customer service and strategic value.
- Conduct professional technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops for key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, marketing, and product development teams to execute segment-specific strategies.
- Maintain and update sales pipeline data, providing accurate forecasts and market intelligence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of successful B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in the industrial, manufacturing, or construction sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to understand technical specifications and engage comfortably with engineers and decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and resilient with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
- Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel regionally.
