Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive market development strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify, acquire, and nurture strategic partnerships with distributors, retailers, and key industry players.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
- Present compelling business proposals and pitches to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain and update a robust database of leads, clients, and partnership opportunities.
- Report on sales performance, progress against targets, and provide actionable insights to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 1-3 years) in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
