In this role, you will be the driving force behind our growth strategy. You will manage existing client relationships to ensure retention and upselling, while simultaneously identifying and securing new business opportunities in the Metro Manila market.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand business within the Metro Manila region.
- Manage an existing portfolio of accounts, ensuring high client retention and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Source and customize promotional products based on specific client requirements and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Prepare persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Track and report on sales pipeline, forecasting revenue, and meeting monthly/quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications in CRM systems.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role (e.g., Account Officer, BDO).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of product sourcing or the promotional industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
