Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the freight forwarding market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics sales, or related industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of ocean and air freight forwarding processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Fluency in English and additional languages would be an advantage
