Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in business development or market analysis
- Proven track record in conducting market research and competitor analysis
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI platforms)
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of Indonesia's energy sector highly advantageous
