- Support business development strategies and identify new market opportunities.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Participate in sales campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
