Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners through active networking and market research.
  • Design and deliver high-quality business proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and contracts, ensuring they align with the company's legal and financial standards.
  • Manage and nurture existing partner relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and explore upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create partnership-specific promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to the management team.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development and partnership activities.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 2-3 years in business development, sales, or partnership management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close complex deals effectively.
  • Proficiency in both English and Indonesian (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work comfortably with data and CRM tools.
  • Deep understanding of the Jakarta business landscape and existing professional networks.
