Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities in the Pekanbaru region.
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients for the Tridi division to expand market share.
- Source and negotiate contracts with reefer truck vendors to ensure a reliable supply chain.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and new clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor market feedback and competitor activities to refine business development approaches.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and be self-motivated.
- Basic understanding of the logistics and transportation industry, specifically reefer trucking.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A) is required for field visits.
- Resilient and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
