Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage the daily operations of the business development team in the Manado area.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Identify, cultivate, and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training to enhance team productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as marketing and operations to align sales efforts.
- Analyze sales data and prepare comprehensive reports to support decision-making and forecasting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving or exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
