- Support Sales Director in identifying and researching new business opportunities across Asian markets
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential partnership opportunities
- Assist in developing and executing business development strategies for digital expansion
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and business documents for potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential partners
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development initiatives
- Track and report on business development metrics and pipeline progress
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in market research
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to build professional relationships and negotiate partnerships
- Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving approach
