Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of OEM/ODM projects from concept to launch.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships with international clients.
- Analyze market trends to recommend product innovations and improvements.
- Coordinate with production and R&D teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Prepare detailed business proposals and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
- Track sales performance and generate monthly reports for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the FMCG or Cosmeceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of OEM/ODM processes and manufacturing standards.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
