Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in Sales Strategy: Support the development and execution of comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Lead Generation: Identify, research, and evaluate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand the company's client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates and identify upselling opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
- Presentation & Reporting: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts; track pipeline performance and generate regular sales reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the product and technical teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities and ensure a seamless client experience.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and facilitating efficient follow-ups.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales management within the technology or software sector.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, target-oriented individual with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
