Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and qualify potential business leads through market research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Assist senior management in developing and executing strategic business development plans to expand the company's market share.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met during the onboarding process.
  • Prepare professional sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to prospective client needs.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth areas for Radius Telecoms.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand awareness.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales coordination, or account management, preferably in the ICT or Telecom industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
