In this role, you will focus on setting up new business, conducting in-depth market research, and designing comprehensive benefits programs. You will work closely with our experienced brokers to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive new business revenue by identifying and securing high-potential client opportunities.
- Conduct competitive market research to identify trends and optimize sales strategies.
- Design and customize benefits programs to meet the specific needs of diverse clients.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking and outreach.
- Collaborate with senior brokers to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
- Analyze market data to recommend strategic adjustments to our product offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the insurance or reinsurance sector.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine insurance landscape and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while meeting strict performance targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
