Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities to expand the company's service reach.
- Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key clients and medical partners.
- Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly growth targets.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery for new accounts.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client relations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
