Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads within the technology sector
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and strategic partners
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, technical, and operations
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field
- 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client management roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance goals
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a result-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Davao region as needed
