  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the telecommunications and corporate IT solutions sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure high retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, potential leads, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, service level agreements, and pricing structures to close deals and maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
  • Track sales metrics, manage the CRM pipeline, and provide accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads and brand awareness.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of proven experience in business development, direct sales, or account management, preferably in the B2B sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Pasig City and conduct field sales visits as necessary.
