Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities to expand the company's market reach.
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients to build a sustainable sales pipeline.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales and marketing strategies.
- Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential partners and clients.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to track performance against operational objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to enhance the company’s brand presence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (fresh graduates with a strong drive for sales are encouraged to apply).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
