Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market analysis and networking
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and potential partners
- Conduct competitive research to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Prepare comprehensive business proposals and presentations

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of local Padang market preferred
