- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the F&B and e-Commerce industries.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with potential clients through effective outreach.
- Conduct professional presentations and meetings to showcase value propositions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with organizational goals.
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation.
- Provide regular reporting and performance insights to management.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Deep interest or prior exposure to F&B and e-Commerce sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Resilient, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to commit to a contract-based engagement.
