Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through field visits, networking events, and cold outreach
- Present company products/services effectively to meet client needs and drive sales conversions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service
- Accurately document sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline data in CRM systems
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies for the Cebu region
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of experience in field sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong self-motivation with proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in English and Cebuano; ability to communicate clearly with diverse clients
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Cebu City and surrounding areas
