Tanggung Jawab
- Research and identify qualified leads among local companies requiring HR and Payroll solutions
- Execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns including cold calling, email marketing, and digital outreach
- Qualify leads through needs assessment and budget analysis
- Coordinate appointments between prospects and senior sales representatives
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead interaction data
- Analyze lead generation metrics to optimize campaign performance
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years experience in lead generation or sales support
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills
- Ability to conduct market research independently
- Proven track record of meeting lead generation targets
