Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new merchant acquisition opportunities across various industry verticals
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand Monee/ShopeePay's merchant network
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing merchant partners
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new merchants
- Track and analyze sales metrics to optimize business development strategies
- Represent Monee/ShopeePay at industry events and networking functions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision making
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of digital payments, e-commerce, or fintech industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
