Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and target high-potential 5-star resorts and luxury hotels in Bali for partnership opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct compelling presentations and pitches to C-suite executives and decision-makers within the hospitality sector.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the Bali hospitality industry.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities within the luxury travel and underwater technology sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Represent PT Aquzone Underwater Technology at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record of success in Business Development or Sales, preferably within the luxury hospitality or related high-value service industry.
- Extensive professional network within Bali's 5-star resort and hotel sector.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales cycles and client relationship management.
- Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and consistently meet sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with marine or underwater technology concepts is a plus, but not required.
