Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for the automotive finance industry? OE AUTO MALAYSIA CAPITAL SDN. BHD. is seeking a highly motivated Business Development & Client Relations Manager to join our growing team in Shah Alam.

In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our organization and our dealer network. Your primary objective is to drive sustainable growth by expanding our dealership partnerships and championing our competitive auto finance products. We are looking for a relationship-builder who thrives on hitting targets, uncovering new business opportunities, and ensuring that our dealers and their customers receive unparalleled support.

You will play an integral part in shaping our presence in the Malaysian market. If you have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of auto finance, and the ability to foster long-term professional partnerships, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our dealer network across Malaysia.
  • Actively promote and articulate the value proposition of our auto finance products to potential and existing dealership partners.
  • Manage the end-to-end relationship with dealers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and qualify leads to grow the business pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Provide comprehensive support to dealer networks, including product training and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve dealer queries and ensure seamless financing processes.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of automotive industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the automotive or financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Malaysian automotive financing market and regulatory environment.
  • Proven ability to influence key decision-makers and negotiate complex agreements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Malay.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel frequently to meet with dealers across various locations.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive for exceeding performance KPIs.
