Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the corporate training and management consultancy market.
- Develop and nurture long-term professional relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives.
- Conduct consultative sales presentations to introduce our specialized management courses and programs.
- Analyze corporate training needs and propose customized education solutions to meet client objectives.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic outreach and pipeline management.
- Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and webinars to enhance company visibility.
- Collaborate with internal training and content teams to ensure client satisfaction and program alignment.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, business development, or corporate account management (3+ years experience preferred).
- Strong passion for the education, training, and corporate consulting industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain professional networks.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional proficiency in English and Chinese (to facilitate effective communication with target client base).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
