Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and qualify new business leads through proactive outreach and market research.
- Build and nurture strong, professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective decision-makers.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our value proposition.
- Maintain an accurate and organized sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contract terms and finalize agreements to drive business growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-oriented mindset with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Lucena City, Quezon.
