Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and qualify new business leads through proactive outreach and market research.
  • Build and nurture strong, professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective decision-makers.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our value proposition.
  • Maintain an accurate and organized sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contract terms and finalize agreements to drive business growth.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Must be based in or willing to work in Lucena City, Quezon.
