- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the luxury residential and hospitality sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at development firms, architectural firms, and hotel chains
- Present and promote our premium bathware solutions to potential clients
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the luxury interior design market
- Collaborate with design teams to provide customized solutions for high-end projects
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations
- Track sales performance and report on key metrics to management
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong network within Singapore's construction, development, or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of luxury market trends and customer preferences
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
