Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand Shipco’s market presence in the region.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate sales activities, including preparing quotations, client presentations, and following up on inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with internal operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to suggest strategic improvements.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Participate in networking events and industry trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to travel locally as required to meet clients.
