We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development & Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. You will be the architect of our B2B ecosystem, developing and managing a robust pipeline of high-value partnerships with brands, sellers, logistics firms, and technology enablers. Your ability to structure win-win propositions will be critical in expanding our marketplace footprint and enhancing our operational capabilities.
Simultaneously, you will take the helm of our digital marketing strategy. You will lead the charge in optimizing our online presence across all digital channels. This includes developing comprehensive SEO strategies to boost organic visibility, managing high-performance SEM campaigns to capture demand, and creating engaging social media and content marketing initiatives that build brand loyalty. You will utilize advanced analytics to convert data into actionable insights, ensuring every ringgit spent delivers maximum return on investment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Spearhead B2B business development efforts, identifying and securing strategic partnerships with brands, suppliers, and technology providers to drive revenue and expand ZALORA's marketplace ecosystem.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and affiliate channels to maximize brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Manage the full lifecycle of partnership agreements, from initial outreach and negotiation to onboarding, performance monitoring, and renewal.
- Analyze campaign and partnership performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and finance teams to align partnership goals with business objectives and ensure flawless execution.
- Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve aggressive KPIs for ROI, ROAS, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Stay ahead of industry trends in e-commerce, logistics, and digital marketing to identify new growth opportunities and competitive advantages for ZALORA.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships within e-commerce, logistics, SaaS, or fulfilment solutions.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and establishing high-impact strategic partnerships.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing disciplines including SEO, SEM, Paid Social (Meta, Google Ads), and Affiliate Marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, generate insights, and create performance dashboards.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech or e-commerce company.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
