Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients in the cosmetic manufacturing sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups and technical support
- Present product demonstrations and technical specifications to key decision-makers
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D team to provide customer feedback for product enhancement
- Achieve monthly sales targets and commission goals

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in chemical or cosmetic raw materials
- Strong understanding of cosmetic formulation processes and raw material applications
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with ability to explain technical concepts
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license and willingness for frequent client visits
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English (written and spoken)
