Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to drive performance excellence and individual growth.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, industry leaders, and corporate clients.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to uncover new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing high-value deals.
- Present regular performance reports and growth forecasts to senior leadership and the board.
- Represent GaiGai at industry events and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Business Development or Sales Management, preferably within the lifestyle or service sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build, manage, and motivate high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Familiarity with the Singaporean market landscape and consumer behavior is highly preferred.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable operational plans.
