Ltd. is a leading provider of innovative printing, electronics, and information solutions, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to lead our government sector initiatives. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing high-value government contracts that drive our regional growth. We are looking for a visionary leader who excels at navigating the complexities of public sector procurement and has a proven history of achieving aggressive revenue targets.
Your primary focus will be on expanding our footprint across key jurisdictions, maximizing our tender win rate, and nurturing a robust sales pipeline. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align our solutions with government needs, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies tailored to the government sector to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead the end-to-end tender lifecycle, including proposal writing, submission, and negotiation to secure high-value government contracts.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key government stakeholders, agencies, and decision-makers to ensure top-of-mind awareness.
- Identify and assess new market opportunities in unexplored jurisdictions to drive geographic expansion.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to tailor solutions that meet specific government requirements.
- Oversee the development and management of the sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue flow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in sales, with a strong focus on government contracts, public sector, or defense industries.
- Proven track record of successfully closing major deals and driving market share growth.
- Deep understanding of government procurement processes, tender systems, and regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities and the ability to operate in a complex, high-stakes environment.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly desirable.
