Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies tailored to the government sector to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead the end-to-end tender lifecycle, including proposal writing, submission, and negotiation to secure high-value government contracts.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key government stakeholders, agencies, and decision-makers to ensure top-of-mind awareness.
  • Identify and assess new market opportunities in unexplored jurisdictions to drive geographic expansion.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to tailor solutions that meet specific government requirements.
  • Oversee the development and management of the sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue flow.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in sales, with a strong focus on government contracts, public sector, or defense industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing major deals and driving market share growth.
  • Deep understanding of government procurement processes, tender systems, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Strong strategic thinking capabilities and the ability to operate in a complex, high-stakes environment.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly desirable.
