Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to expand the company's offline market presence in Surabaya and East Java.
- Identify, approach, and negotiate with potential retail partners, distributors, and key accounts.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing retail outlets to ensure high sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create localized promotional campaigns and successful product launches.
- Track sales metrics, prepare regular reports, and adjust strategies to meet growth targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or retail management, preferably in the technology or electronics sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Valid driving license is an advantage for regional travel.
