Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-level technical support to clients, helping them integrate our packing and industrial solutions effectively.
- Develop and deliver technical seminars and product training sessions for internal sales teams and external partners.
- Manage end-to-end contract negotiations, ensuring technical feasibility and adherence to company profitability goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and niche market segments.
- Ensure all product applications and business processes remain in strict compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Support customers through the entire project lifecycle, from initial inquiry and technical specification to final implementation.
- Collaborate with the engineering department to translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering (or a related field).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a technical sales, business development, or field engineering role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Excellent knowledge of industrial packing technologies and manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in contract management, regulatory compliance, and project coordination.
- Ability to travel as required to conduct on-site client seminars and business meetings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to identify and capture new business leads.
